Which muscles should foam roller massage?
Versatile, our massage roller is suitable for several areas of the body: buttocks, thighs (fascia latta, hamstring and quadriceps) and calves. It also facilitates self-massage of the back!

How to massage after a sports session?
Using the roller is easy! Position yourself on the floor, and move back and forth over the area to be massaged. For an effective massage, we recommend you self-massage each part of the body for at least 5 minutes. For more details, and to try out a few exercises, take a look at our videos!
What are the precautions for use?
The massage roller is designed for adults. The first few times you use a massage roller, you may experience pain or bruising. If the pain is severe and persistent, consult your doctor. As for bruises, they are caused by small blood vessels on the surface of the skin. Don't worry, they'll disappear with repeated use.
