TECHNICAL INFORMATION

How do I choose the right length for my ribbon?

In order to practice Rhythmic Gymnastics correctly, the gymnast must have a ribbon adapted to her age.
- Before the age of 11, we choose a 4m ribbon.
- From the age of 11, we choose a 6m ribbon.
It is possible to cut the ribbon to 5m and sew it.
We offer different sizes to suit all ages.

How do you maintain your ribbon?

To keep it in the best possible condition, we advise you to detach the ribbon wand after each use and wind the ribbon on a cylinder.

How to choose your rhythmic gymnastics outfit?

Our design team's advice: the perfect outfit for a gymnast in training is a leotard or top, shorts or leggings, enabling her to perform her elements with complete freedom and confidence. A leotard is optional in training, but compulsory in competition.
