How do I choose the right length for my ribbon?
In order to practice Rhythmic Gymnastics correctly, the gymnast must have a ribbon adapted to her age.
- Before 11 years old, we choose a 4m ribbon.
- From 11 years old, we choose a 6m ribbon.
It is possible to cut the ribbon at 5m and sew it.
We propose different sizes to correspond to all ages.
How do I adjust the length of my ribbon?
The French Gymnastics Federation allows the length of the ribbon to be adapted to 5m between the ages of 14 and 17.
Our ribbons can be cut to a length of 5m. To ensure a clean finish, a seam must be sewn at the end of the ribbon using a sewing machine or sewing thread.
How do I maintain my ribbon?
To keep it in the best possible condition, we advise you to detach the ribbon wand after each use and wind the ribbon on a cylinder.
How do I personalize my ribbon?
Because every gymnast likes to personalize their apparatus to match their outfit, our ribbons can be customized with fabric paint.
To do this, make sure your ribbon is smooth. You can iron it, protecting it with a clean line.
