TECHNICAL INFORMATION

How was this punching bag filled?

The 100 punching bag is sold filled with fabric scraps. We therefore use textile production waste to fill the bag.
It is covered by a polyester canvas.

How to hang the 100 punching bag?

There are several ways of hanging a punching bag:
- Ceiling hook: specific attachment to the ceiling.
- Wall bracket: ideal for mounting on a wall.
- Self-supporting bracket: bracket that doesn't require any attachment but only weights to stabilize it.
This 100 punching bag has been designed to be attached to a punching bag bracket.
The attachment system uses heavy-duty reinforced straps and a snap hook for maximum safety.

How to type well in a punching bag?

The filled punching bag measures 76 cm; depending on the padding, the bag naturally bulges at the top and bottom.
The straps attached to the bag (non-adjustable) are 31 cm long, measured vertically from top to bottom
In total: the bag measures 105 cm (this is the size of the bag attached to a ceiling mount, measured from top to bottom)
