Laboratory testing

We carry out laboratory tests to validate our product components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foams, zips... For example, for a fabric: abrasion resistance, tear resistance, UV color fastness, wash fastness, water resistance... Then a test on the finished product reproduces the bag's stresses and strains over a period of years, to check the resistance of the assemblies.

How is bag volume measured?

The volume of each backpack is measured using a standardized method: we use small balls to fill the main compartment, as well as each pocket. We then empty the balls into a graduated container, which gives us the equivalent volume in liters.
