PRECAUTIONS
Electronic devices are fragile and precious. It's advisable to double the protection by putting phones in waterproof pouches in duffel bags. Cameras can be placed in a small waterproof bag (5L or 10L) itself in a large duffel bag (30L, 40L, 60L).
Take care when closing bags, and regularly check their watertightness with a paper towel before going out.
CLOSING SYSTEM
To ensure a watertight seal:
1/ carefully roll the top of the bag 5 times, tightening the folds over the thickness of the strap
2/ close the central buckle
3/ close the side buckles
Leave air in the bag. The bag should appear inflated when closed: it's more waterproof this way, and has the advantage of floating in the event of a fall into the water.
STORAGE
The 5L and 10L bags can be used as bag-in-bags in the 30L, 40L and 60L bags to double the waterproof protection of sensitive items and to compartmentalize belongings.
