To accompany you on your first trails, our design team has developed an all-in-one bag that's simple and easy to use:
- Available in one size, it adapts to you thanks to the adjustment straps and its ergonomic shape.
- Your bag comes with a 1-liter water pouch and a safety whistle, so you'll have the mandatory trail equipment right away.

Safety whistles and water pockets are part of the mandatory trail equipment. So to make your preparation easier, they're already included in your 5 l Trail bag!
The safety whistle, with a volume of 110 decibels, is located in the small chest pocket, always within easy reach of your mouth.
The water bag has a volume of one liter, giving you, on average, two hours of autonomy between refreshments.
How do you manage your water bag?
Your water pouch has a volume of one liter, with dimensions of 30 x 16 cm. Its hose with nipple measures 100 cm, to fit all body sizes.
What we don't know is that you can cut the hose to any length you like, for greater comfort on the run!
Finally, we advise you to fill your pouch with water between -20 and +40°C, not to use it for milk or alcohol, and not to put it in the microwave.
How do you load your trail running bag?
- First step: place your filled water pouch in the slot at the rear of the bag.
- In the secure rear pocket, you can store your keys, smartphone and survival blanket.
- Place your rain gear in the rear pocket, then put your bag on your back.
- Tighten and adjust your bag, then attach the water pipette. Tighten and adjust your pack, then attach the water pipette.
- Store your windproof jacket in the easily accessible rear kangaroo pocket.
- Finally, place your gels, bars and flask in the front pockets.
A simple design for a lightweight running bag.
Weighing just 140 g, your 5-liter bag is light and comfortable enough to accompany you on your short and medium-distance trails.
Its comfortable material, ergonomic shape and accessible pockets make it easier to manage your gear on the run.
Its adjustment straps feature Velcro: you can roll them up to minimize discomfort when you're running.
The majority of pockets are located on the back, to avoid compressing your chest.

For greater ease and simplicity when discovering trail running, we've designed this 5-liter bag in one size. And to make sure it fits as many people as possible, we tested it with 12 trail runners of different sizes. Their opinions and feedback have enabled us to continue improving this 5 l bag.
