Do I need to protect my frame from rubbing?
We do our utmost to use the least abrasive materials possible and to design products offering optimum stability. However, friction can sometimes occur between the pannier or harness and the frame of your bicycle. To protect your frame and avoid possible abrasion, we strongly recommend that you apply protective stickers to the contact areas.

HOW DO YOU ASSEMBLE THE 2.5 AND 5-LITER PANNIERS?
The 2.5 and 5-liter bags are assembled using a plastic tab (supplied with the 5-liter bag). Simply place the plastic tab in the loops of each bag, following the color codes (purple and brown loops).
