TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Technical backpack tests

We carry out laboratory tests to validate components: fabrics, buckles, straps, foams, zips... For example, for a fabric:
abrasion resistance, tear resistance, UV color fastness, wash fastness, waterproofing...
Then a test on the finished product, which reproduces the bag's stresses and strains over a period of years, to check the resistance of the assemblies. It is met, filled with weights, on a mannequin reproducing the bag's fast-moving movements, over thousands of cycles.
