Stay
Square living room with 3 m sides, i.e. 9 m² | Height under living room 2.25 m | Height under door 1.85 m
Assembly and disassembly
Easy to assemble: aluminum tubes for the structure and fiberglass hoops for the roof. The living room structure is self-supporting.
We recommend 2-person assembly.
Sun protection
Ti0²-coated fabric has a UPF of 50+.
Warning: a significant amount of UV can pass through a simple open door. Protect your skin with sunscreen.
Ventilation
One door with screen window.
Three half-door or three open-door configurations.
Wind resistance
We test all our stays in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the stay to the wind. When properly assembled, with all shrouds properly deployed, the stay must remain habitable with a wind speed measured at 50 km/h close to the ground.
Waterproofing
We test our stays to validate their impermeability. The first test is carried out in the laboratory for 3 hours under 200 liters of water per hour per m², the equivalent of a tropical rainfall of 200 mm per hour. The second test is carried out in the field under real conditions by our teams. This living room is equipped with a 2000 mm polyurethane-coated polyester roof. It also features taped seams.
Repair
As designers and enthusiasts of our playground, we are concerned about the durability of our products. That's why all our tents and stays are designed to be repairable. Spare parts and repairs for inflatable poles are available at your local Decathlon workshop or at Decathlon.fr.
Arches and posts
Hoops - All our hoops are made of fiberglass and undergo double quality control. This guarantees one of the highest levels of resistance to breakage.
Stakes - All our stakes are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm.
Maintenance tips
Our camping stays have been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks a year) during your camping or nature outings. Continuous exposure to UV rays for several weeks may damage the fabric. These products do not fall into the "garden furniture" category and are not designed for permanent outdoor use. To ensure that your camping trip lasts as long as possible, it's important to put it away when not in use.
