Arch sizes
There are 3 types of arch:
- low arches,
- standard arches (Mid)
- hollow arches (High).
These insoles are designed for standard arches (Mid).
If you don't know what type of arch you have, visit our store to have your foot measured by one of our advisors.
Benefits of 3 Feet insoles
A pair of customized insoles literally changes your skiing days.
They will provide you with:
- Comfort: Thanks to a better distribution of support, your foot will be supported. Your foot won't slump or bang against the shell.
- Precision: The foot will be much better wedged, giving you greater control.
- Warmth: Clearly improves blood circulation and considerably reduces cold feet.
Use
Once you know your arch shape, here are the steps:
- Remove the liner from the shell
- Remove the insole from your liner.
- Place the old insole on the 3 Feet insole. Use a pencil to make the outline.
- Cut out the excess sole over the old one.
- Place the cut-out 3 Feet sole in the bootie.
- Place the bootie back in the shell.
