To choose your size, measure the circumference of the thigh 10 cm above the knee and the circumference of the calf 10 cm below the knee.

Elbow pad cutter

To choose your size, measure the circumference of the biceps 10 cm above the elbow and the circumference of the forearm 5 cm below the elbow.
