How do I put on wrist guards?
The wrist guard is worn with the plastic shell on the inside of the hand, to protect the palm. Each wrist guard is marked R (right) for the right hand and L (left) for the left. With roller skates, your child learns his right and left hands... and even a little English!
Which protection size to choose?
Children grow at their own pace. That's why we've drawn up a size guide based on your child's age... and weight:
XXS: children aged 3 to 7, or weighing less than 25 kg
XS: children aged 6 to 10, or weighing 25 to 35 kg
S: children aged 9 to 15, or weighing less than 50 kg
And to be sure, there's nothing easier than trying on products in store!
Choice of protection size
Please note: measurements are for guidance only, and for use on the skin. If you wear the protectors on clothing (not on the skin), choose the larger size.
What is the "EN 14120" CE standard?
This European standard specifies the requirements and test methods concerning the ergonomics, safety, comfort, restraint system, resistance, abrasion and impact performance of wrist, palm, knee and elbow protection devices intended for all users of roller sports equipment. It's a good thing the safety and comfort of apprentice riders are important to us!
