Did you know?
Push-ups strengthen and tone pectorals, deltoids and triceps. Easy to incorporate into a workout, they require no equipment. The disadvantage of hands-on push-ups is that the wrists feel "broken". To remedy this, the use of push-up bars is recommended.
Push-up bars make the movement more efficient and enjoyable, as they take the strain off your joints, particularly the wrists and elbows.
How do I use my pump handles?
Using push-up grips will raise your hands, increasing the amplitude of the movement.
While for some, this may lead to better stretching and therefore greater use of the pectoral muscle, for others it may not be advisable, due to their morphology.
Be careful not to exaggerate the amplitude of the movement, as this may lead to injury.
