How to choose your gym outfit

Our team's advice: the perfect outfit for a gymnast in training is a sleeveless leotard, a top or bra and shorts or leggings. This will enable her to perform her gymnastics elements with confidence and freedom, so that she can later step onto the competition stage.

Why wear shorts?

Gymnastics shorts allow you to move freely and keep your body cool during training.
Gymnastics shorts can be used in competitions, but are not permitted when performing in front of juries.

How to care for your gym clothes

Because we know your time is precious, these shorts are machine-washable! However, a few precautions should be taken to preserve them: we recommend washing them inside out, in a net, on a short cycle at 30 degrees. Fabric softener and tumble dryer prohibited.
