TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Program

This shape is suitable for a wide range of conditions. It shows its full potential in waves between 70 cm and 1m50, which represent the majority of surfing conditions encountered.
Its tail will enable you to relaunch in the softer sections. Supplied with standard FCS2 fins, you can easily equip it with stiffer fins for more relaunch and drive.

Construction

Hand-crafted from Epoxy resin, laminated for strength.
30 kg/m3 EPS (Expansed Polystyrene) foam loaf.
Top: 2 layers of fiberglass (6oz and 4oz)
Bottom: 2 layers of fiberglass (6oz and 4oz) on back, 1 layer (6oz) on front
Rails: 2 layers of fiberglass 6oz + reinforcement patches on back.
Tail: 2 layers of fiberglass (6oz and 4oz) + reinforcement patch in Innegra.
5mm paulownia wood batten.

Tail :squash to facilitate the board's pivot .
Double concave under the rear foot and single concave under the front foot for a good compromise between grip and rail-to-rail transition .

FCS2 fin assembly and disassembly

1) make sure the small side screws are unscrewed.
2) clip the front of the aileron into the notch at the front of the housing
3) press the rear of the aileron into place
4) to secure the assembly, you can tighten the small screws with an FCS-type wrench

for disassembly
WARNING: after unscrewing the small screws
you will need to force the aileron from the rear to the front to unclip it. Protect your hand to avoid injury from the edge.

Packaging

The board is packed in a Flexi Hex® honeycomb case in a sturdy cardboard box.
this case can be reused in your surf bag to protect it on the move.
