How do I equip myself for sledding?
We recommend that you equip the whole family with:
- A ski helmet to protect them from shocks and other tobogganers.
- A mask or a pair of sunglasses to protect their eyes from UV rays and keep them visible at all times.
- Mittens: to keep their hands warm and dry.
- A warm, waterproof ski suit or outfit.
- Warm, waterproof snow boots with good grip.
What is the TRILUGIK system?
The TRILUGIK system was designed with the family in mind. The TRILUGIK baby seat clips easily onto the TRILUGIK adult or junior sled, transforming the sled into a baby sled. The sleds also snap together for easy transport and storage.
What to do if the brakes, handle, harness or strap are broken?
As part of our commitment to durability, the brakes, handle, harness and TRILUGIK strap are available for after-sales service at Decathlon.fr.
Which sled to choose for children and adults?
For babies aged 1 to 3, we recommend the TRILUGIK baby seat, which clips onto a TRILUGIK junior or adult sled to become a baby sled. For children weighing less than 50 kg, the junior sled is perfect for sledding down the slopes. The adult TRILUGIK sled, with a capacity of 100kg, can accommodate one adult or two children.
Where are our Trilugik sleds made?
Our sleds are conceived and designed in our design center in Passy (Haute Savoie) and manufactured in France in the Morvan region near Auxerre.
