What does a ski's sidecut correspond to?
The sidecut corresponds to the width of the tip, skate and tail. The wider the tip, the easier the ski enters the turn. The narrower the runner, the grippier the ski on hard snow. The wider the runner, the more comfortable and stable the ski is in snow changes.

Which skier are you?
If you think of a snow-covered valley as a wave to surf. If for you, skiing rhymes with creativity, the Slash is your ski. Designed for experienced freeriders who don't necessarily have a lot of technical experience and are looking for a ski that floats, drifts and jumps, the Slash is for you.
It's easy to handle and play with. We've designed the Slash for advanced freeriders looking for a playful ski to enjoy long days on the slopes.
Description
With a radius of 17 m, quite short for a freeride ski, the Slash is the ideal companion for playing with every little relief that the mountain met beneath your spatulas. Its shape is that of a playful ski, and its pronounced, long, progressive rockers guarantee lift and maneuverability in powder.
Selection assistance
If you want to get started in freeride skiing, the Rookie is the ski for you.
If you already do a lot of off-piste skiing, you'll want to choose between a Patrol and a Slash.
The Patrol is for those who like their skis serious, grippy and versatile.
The Slash is more for those who prefer super-playful skis.
For powder hunters, a Pow Chaser is the ski for them.
Construction
Light Woodcore Tec is a construction with a light wood core (palowmnia) reinforced with glass fibers for stiffness and basalt fibers for shock absorption. The advantage of this construction? It's particularly useful for exploiting every little relief to play, jump and slash. It makes for a relatively playful ski, whatever the terrain or snow.
Tip and tail rubber
The ski's construction incorporates a rubber insert in the tip and tail. The purpose of this insert is to dampen deformations and reduce rocker-related vibrations.
Fasteners
Bindings by LOOK NX 12 KONECT GW , Din 3.5 to 12.
Compatible with soles - Alpine, GripWalk , IS05355.
Suitable for shoes measuring between 260mm and 370mm.
Reinforced "Full Action" stop with wider jaws for better control. Comfort of use thanks to the easy-to-fit NX heel cup, which offers an ultra-wide adjustment range as a bonus.
What is a camber?
On a rocker ski, the tip and sometimes the tail lift off the ground much earlier than on a cambered ski. This shifts the contact points towards the center of the ski. This shortens the surface area of the ski in contact with the snow, giving you more maneuverability and lift in soft snow. The angle of the rocker gives you more edge length for greater grip on hard snow. The longer the rocker, the more maneuverable your ski.
