Why use softball?

This ball lets you add instability and difficulty to your fitness sessions. You can lean on the ball during sheathing exercises to increase the workload, or press it between your thighs during pelvic raises.

How to inflate your softball?

To inflate your softball, simply blow into the straw provided and it will inflate instantly! To work comfortably, inflate to the desired density. Then remove the straw and don't forget to plug the hole: it's up to you!
