Why wear an undershirt?
The under-suit, also known as layer 0:
. Absorb and wick away perspiration. Skin stays dry, without body cooling.
. Retain body heat thanks to its close-fitting cut.
. Provide an extra barrier against the elements
. The jersey (or Layer 1) stays dry, even during full effort.
Playing with a technical undershirt extends your playing time.
A word from the design team
Every player needs to be able to train comfortably even in very low temperatures. That's why we've developed this undershirt, which combines optimal perspiration evacuation with body heat retention.
Heat
This undershirt is the result of a weave between a polyester yarn for moisture wicking and a polyamide yarn for softness. These 2 components, combined with elastane, guarantee optimum comfort. Its high collar and thumb loops enhance protection against the cold.
Our field tests in climatic chambers
Our "very cold weather" underwear range was tested in a climatic chamber with a group of 30 athletes in January 2020. The tests were carried out under the same climatic conditions (temperature, wind). Following a precise protocol, our certification unit validated the following classification on the ability to maintain body heat, dry skin and avoid shivering effects.
1. Keepwarm 900
2. Keepdry 900
3. Competing product
The i-soft patent
Developed by our Italian industrial partner, the i-Soft patent makes it possible to create a seamless, warm and ultra-breathable product. The thick fabric, combined with an internal brushing, provides high moisture-wicking performance despite its thickness. The end product combines warmth and moisture wicking for high physical intensity.
Contact
Combined with the Keepwarm 900 tights, they form a complete outfit for great protection against the cold.
