How do I use it?
We advise you to take 1 Energy Fruit Mix regularly, every 45 minutes to 1 hour during exercise (the idea is to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of less than 3 hours).
A reminder for those in a hurry or with little forethought, remember to stay well hydrated regularly (around 500ml of water per hour).
