Introducing spirulina... in tablets!
Ever heard of spirulina? This algae is an excellent dietary supplement that also contains vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Especially when you're starting to ramp up the intensity of your training in preparation for competitions.
And rather than sprinkle spirulina powder all over your food, we suggest spirulina tablets: easier to consume during meals and more convenient to store and transport.
How does a spirulina cure work?
With its anti-oxidant properties, spirulina can become an excellent training partner, especially during core work. So how do you go about a spirulina cure? This bottle contains 84 tablets:
2 a day for the first week,
4 a day for the second week
and 6 a day for the third week, at mealtimes, for a crescendo effect!
Repeat throughout the year if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2, 4 or 6 tablets.
Our design team gives you its opinions and advice on the spirulina cure:
"The advantage of this product is that you start the cure at 1 gram per day of spirulina and finish at 3 grams: this allows you to get used to spirulina gradually. The idea is really to start the cure when you begin to increase your training load. If your competitions start early, in April for example, you can start at the beginning of the year."
