- Isotonic contains the 5 main electrolytes: sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, along with magnesium and potassium, is important for muscles.

Preparation
Fill a gourd (750 ml) with cold water and add 2 measuring spoons (52 g) of powder, shake and enjoy.
