Inflating & deflating your Stand Up Paddle

To inflate your SUP, check that the valve is in the up (closed) position, so that no air escapes.
Plug in the pump.
Inflate to 17 PSI: the pressure at which the board is most stable and glides best
Unplug the pump and close the outer cap.
DEINFLATION
To deflate your SUP, press the valve firmly, and the air will escape on its own.
Roll away from the valve to expel all the air and achieve a compact fold.
