This hedgehog dome is sold in pairs. On the spiky side, you massage your feet while working with slight instability, while on the smooth side, the imbalance is increased.

The rehabfeet are perfect for rehabilitating your ankles or strengthening them to prevent injury. You strengthen the deep muscles of the whole leg by working in instability.

"If you can feel the ground beneath your feet, it's time to re-inflate the rehabfeet.
Inflate your rehabfeet using a needle pump (sold separately - part number: 8369006).
Test the inflation before embarking on a balancing session."

We advise you to store your rehabfeet in a dry, clean, temperate place, away from heat (radiators, underfloor heating, sunny windows, lacquered or varnished surfaces, etc.).
