CHOREOGRAPHED STEP
This practice consists in performing choreographed movements on a step to the rhythm of the music. The objectives are varied: keep fit, lose weight, slim down, tone up or work on concentration and coordination of the whole body.

WHICH PARTS OF THE BODY WORK?
Step exercises the whole body: lower limbs (glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps), mid-body (abdominals) and upper limbs (shoulders, arms). It helps to harmoniously build muscle mass, but also improves fitness and cardio.
