WEIGHT THE PUNCHING BAG SUPPORT

The weight of the ballast is proportional to the weight of your punching bag. Here is the recommended correspondence between the weight of your bag and the weight of your ballast.

Bag less than 25KG/55LBS = Minimum ballast of 20KG/44LBS
Bag from 25 to 35KG/ 55LBS TO77LBS = Minimum ballast of 40KG/ 88LBS
Bag from 35 to 45KG/ 77LBS TO 99LBS = Minimum ballast 50KG/110LBS
Bag from 45 to 55KG / 99LBS TO 121LBS = Minimum ballast 60KG/132LBS

Do not use punching bags over 65KG/143LBS.
