How do I install the dips kit?
Our dips kit is very easy to install.
- Make sure you follow the Right and Left indications
- Snap the rod into the hole corresponding to the desired height on one side and then on the other
- Ready!

How to accessorize the dips kit?
If you're just starting out, you can take the weight off yourself with a rubber band, decreasing its resistance as you progress.

Our coach helps you use the dips kit properly
Depending on your level, you can perform your dips in 3 different ways:
- Beginner: untie yourself with a rubber band of varying strength, depending on your level, and perform 3 to 5 sets of 5 to 10 repetitions
- Intermediate: perform your dips using bodyweight: 3 to 5 sets of 5 to 10 repetitions
- Advanced: tie yourself down and gradually increase the load
Build up your sessions by adding 1 repetition or a little load each week.
