Our team has developed these overtrousers for the cross-country skier who practices at low intensity and/or in cold weather.

The 150 overtrousers are very practical, with a loose fit that allows you to wear an underlayer, and a full side zip. They make it easy to adapt your outfit to your body temperature.

Water-repellent

To protect you during your cross-country ski outings in the snow, we have designed water-repellent garments.
The water-repellency of a fabric corresponds to its capacity to let water slide off its surface without absorbing it.
Water-repellency is obtained by a treatment applied to the outer face of the fabric. This treatment needs to be renewed over the life of the garment (we recommend every 3 washes).

How can I stay warm and dry on my cross-country ski outings?

We advise you to follow the 3-layer technique.
Layer 1: second skin (technical undergarment) that allows moisture transfer to keep the skin dry.
Layer 2: insulating (T-shirt, fleece) that provides warmth and moisture transfer.
Layer 3: outer and protective (jacket) that protects against the elements: wind, snow and cold.

Adapt the number of layers according to the intensity of your effort and the weather, and opt for breathable clothing.

Why is it important to wear breathable clothing when cross-country skiing?

Why protect yourself from the wind?

Did you know that wind makes you feel colder? At an outside temperature of 0°, with 20km of wind, the perceived temperature will be -10°. Windproof components reduce this cooling effect by preventing air circulation, either due to the wind or to the relative speed of the sporting activity.
