A cut to free up movement
This fleece sweatshirt has a loose fit for ease of movement.
For added protection against the cold, we recommend wearing a technical undergarment underneath. Designed to be worn under our windproof/waterproof jackets.
Take your usual size.
How does the material insulate against the cold?
We carry out 2 types of thermal tests: fleece material and thermal dummy in a thermal chamber.
These tests reproduce the mountain conditions (wind, humidity, temperature) that you may encounter. They enable us to validate our designs and adjust thermal insulation.
How is heat measured?
2 types of tests are carried out to measure the warmth level of our fleeces:
- a material test
- a test on a thermal dummy in a thermal chamber. Here we reproduce the temperature, wind (5km/h) and humidity conditions you'd encounter in the mountains during a 5km/h walk
These tests validate our design choices, and everything is validated by female testers in the field.
This fleece has a comfort temperature of between 7 and 10°C (without a jacket over it).
For breathable fleece?
When you're hiking or doing other outdoor activities, it's normal to sweat. To prevent your sweater from turning into a sauna, we've designed it with a breathable fabric that wicks moisture away from the body. We've also added a zipped collar for better ventilation.
Practical pockets
Its large kangaroo pocket lets you slip your hands in if you're looking for a little warmth. It's also ideal for gloves or a hat. To keep your phone safe, a zipped pocket has also been provided on the front.
What sizes are available?
This fleece is available in sizes S to 2 XL.
How do I care for this fleece?
Wash your fleece at 30° on the synthetic cycle, turning it inside out and closing the pocket. To protect your fleece, limit spinning to 1000 rpm. To maintain fabric quality, avoid tumble-drying.
