The benefits of relaxation :
The relaxation phase concludes every yoga session. It allows the body to assimilate the benefits of the practice. Accompanied by slow, deep breathing, it takes place in silence or guided by a voice, and is practised in the reclining position (Savasana), helping you to experience a profound sense of well-being, which has repercussions on everyday life and relationships with others. It also helps to clear the mind and reduce anxiety.
