Playing sports while pregnant?

Whatever physical activities you choose, always consult your doctor/midwife before embarking on them.
Exercising during pregnancy obviously means listening to your body and knowing how to slow down when baby demands it. If you were active before you got pregnant, you'll naturally want to tone down your exercise.
This is a good guideline for safe exercise: exercise at 60% of your heart rate.
