What to do if your heels move in your shoes

Dust accumulated in the shoe can reduce the stickiness of the heel pad over time.
If possible, we recommend positioning the heel pad under the insole.
If the heel pad moves in the shoe over time, washing it by hand with washing-up liquid will restore the stickiness of your heel pads.
