Which side of the carpet should you stand on?

Your carpet is blue on one side, gray on the other, so how do you position it on the floor? The gray, non-slip side is met in direct contact with the floor. The blue side is designed to resist friction from your shoes, so that's what you'll be practicing on.
If you need more comfort for your knees when you're on the floor, you can double the mat by folding it up on itself!

How do I clean my carpet?

If you want to clean your mat between sessions, all you need is a cloth and a little soapy water. Leave to dry completely before folding.
