How do I choose the right size and thickness for my rug?
+ you practice regularly + you'll need a comfortable mat
1. Thickness
- If your activity is gentle (Pilates type) and you are barefoot and in contact with the floor: choose mats that are at least 10 mm thick, with a soft texture
- If you are mainly doing dynamic muscle-strengthening postures, 7 mm is acceptable.
2. Length: for Pilates or strengthening, ideally choose a mat that is larger than or equal to your height.

How do I use my mat properly (front and back + cleaning)?
When toning, your mat must be adherent to the floor and resistant to abrasions. Place the grey surface on the ground and sit on the coloured part. Equipped with an anti-abrasion film, you can practice in shoes without your mat degrading.
Clean it with a damp cloth for better durability.
THE LITTLE +
Foldable, double or triple the thickness for your forearm sheathing!
Care and storage advice
It is possible that an unpleasant smell is released from the mat during your 1st session. Rest assured, this smell is not toxic and will gradually disappear.
To prevent it from being damaged after your session, clean it and roll it up, without tightening it too tightly with the straps provided.
Do not place heavy objects on it.
Do not clean with hydroalcoholic gel.
