Why use an animal to guide your child?
The yoga postures are based on observation of nature and animals: kids love them!
A clumsy bear or a crazy Chihuahua, there's no competition and no perfect posture. Your child accepts himself or herself as he or she is on the mat, and gradually integrates yoga's values of respect and tolerance.
How to care for your carpet
We recommend washing the carpet with a soft cloth and slightly soapy water.
Between more thorough washes, you can spray your carpet with our essential oil spray to refresh it.
