How to choose the right yoga mat?
- Do you practice gentle yoga (such as Hatha, Restorative, Pre-natal, Nidra...)? The posture sequences are slow and the physical intensity rather moderate.
A mat between 5 and 8 mm ensures comfort for the neck and joints.
- Do you practice dynamic yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hot, Bikram...)? Posture sequences are fast-paced and the physical intensity is high.
A mat of up to 5 mm provides grip and stability for balance.
Pay attention to the weight of your carpet
The weight of the mat depends on the material used.
We choose materials according to their properties, to best meet the needs of use.
Some materials are heavier than others, and with equivalent materials, the thicker the mat, the heavier it is, as it uses more material.
Keep this in mind when choosing your mat! (on the move or not, on foot, by bike, in the car...)

How to care for your carpet
After your session, spray a mist of our essential oil spray to refresh your carpet. To remove all traces, wash your carpet in hot soapy water and allow to air dry before re-rolling.
