The USB connector (RUN100 only) plugs directly into the console. It allows you to vary the speed of the treadmill remotely, making it easier to change pace during your workouts.

How to pair the remote control :

For the RUN100:
1- Insert the USB key into the console.
2- Simultaneously hold down the "START / STOP" + "SPEED+" buttons on the remote control for 5 seconds.
