What are the contents of my 2 Seconds Fresh & Black 3P tent?
Inside the tent storage bag, you'll find everything you need to set up your tent:
- 1 pre-assembled chamber with 2 x 2 large pockets for storing your belongings;
- 1 waterproof rain fly;
- 10 tent pegs;
- 5 guy ropes;
- 1 instruction label for easy opening and closing of the tent. A QR code on the label allows you to access videos.
How is the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent assembled and disassembled?
As with all our models in this range, setting up our 2 Seconds 3-person tent is quick and easy.
Simply remove the tent from its cover, remove the yellow strap and the tent will start to open, then untie the buckles (2 blue and 2 red). All that's left is to put the pegs in place.
This tent is easy to fold thanks to its guide system.

The Fresh & Black technology developed and patented by Decathlon enables the fabric to reflect the sun's rays and insulate the light thanks to specific materials.

How is ventilation organized in the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent? 1/2
For this new 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3-seater model, we've worked on our side and rear vents so that they open as easily as our tent in 2 seconds. Thanks to this work, we've equipped this model with 2 new patented vents (2 side vents and 1 rear vent).
How is ventilation organized in the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent? 2/2
To open the side ventilation, simply unzip one fabric panel, then a second mosquito-repellent mesh panel to access the side ventilation system, which opens very easily thanks to its patented zip system.
For rear ventilation, simply open the red zip, remove the rear hook, then close the zip to protect the inside of the tent from insects. Then simply pull 2 cords to open the rear ventilation.
What type of mattress is compatible with the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent?
For your comfort, we recommend using a self-inflating or trekking mattress up to 60 cm wide for this tent.
Inflatable mattresses thicker than 6 cm should not be used in this tent. This greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and encourages condensation inside.
How waterproof is the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent?
The 2 Seconds Fresh & Black tent has been tested both in the laboratory and in the field to validate its waterproof qualities.
For this purpose, the entire tent was placed for 3 hours under a shower discharging 200 liters of water per hour. This exposure is equivalent to a tropical rainfall of 200 mm per hour.
The rain fly is made of 2000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester, the ground sheet of 120 g/m² polyethylene, and all seams are sealed with heat-sealed strips.
What is the wind resistance of the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent?
This 2 Seconds tent was tested in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side. The tent, when fully erected with all guy wires deployed, remained habitable in winds measured at 50 km/h close to the ground (Force 6).
Warranty for your tent :
This camping tent has been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks a year) on camping trips or in the wilderness.
Continuous exposure to UV rays for several weeks can damage the fabric.
Our tents do not fall into the "garden furniture" category and are not designed for permanent outdoor use.
To ensure the longest possible life for your tent, it is important to store it when not in use.

Can the 2 Seconds Fresh&Black 3P tent be repaired?
Our tents are your companions for all your camping nights.
As they age with use, certain parts can wear out or break.
To make repairs easier, each part (poles, rainfly, chamber, etc.) is available for purchase in our stores. You can replace them yourself or in our workshops.
Don't throw them away, repair them!
