Fresh & Black technology for more coolness and darkness in your tent
More coolness and darkness for a better night's sleep!
Fresh & Black is a technology patented by Decathlon which enables us to reflect the sun's rays and insulate light thanks to specific materials.
In this way, we reduce the feeling of heat in your tent, and gain in darkness.
To make the most of this technology, don't forget to ventilate your tent at night!
Mattress compatibility
Tent recommended with self-inflating mattresses or trekking mattresses up to 70 cm wide.
We advise against using inflatable mattresses thicker than 8 cm in this tent.
This greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and encourages condensation inside.
Tent ventilation
2 side doors for maximum ventilation when open. Breathable mesh inner chamber plus mechanical ventilation. To allow air to circulate and be renewed between the chamber and the double-roof, and thus limit the natural phenomenon of condensation, a space between the double-roof and the ground is integrated over the entire surface of the tent.
Waterproofing the tent
All our tents are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee waterproofing.
To do this, we place the entire tent under a shower that releases 200 liters of water per hour for 3 hours.
The flysheet is made of PU-coated polyester 2000mm Schmerber, the ground sheet is made of PU-coated polyester 5000mm Schmerber and all seams are sealed with heat-bonded strips.
Wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side. A properly erected tent, with all guy wires properly deployed around the tent, should remain habitable in a wind speed measured at 50 km/h close to the ground (Force 6).

Using your tent
This camping tent has been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks a year) on camping trips or in the wilderness.
Continuous exposure to UV rays over several weeks can damage the fabric.
Our tents do not fall into the "garden furniture" category and are not designed for permanent outdoor use.
To ensure the longest possible life for your tent, it is important to store it when not in use.
Don't throw it away, fix it!
Our tents are your companions for all your camping nights.
As they age with use, some parts can wear out or break.
To make repairs easier, we make each part (poles, canopy, bedroom, etc.) accessible to you and make it easy to replace.
Don't throw away, repair!
