TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Tent assembly and dismantling

On this tent, we're talking about a classic dome setup.
All you have to do is install the poles with the chamber, then lay the fly over the top, hooking its loops into the corners on the ground (red for red, green for green). Finally, install the red top hoop.
To dismantle, simply reverse the procedure.

Mattress compatibility

Tent recommended with self-inflating mattresses or trekking mattresses up to 70 cm wide.
We advise against using inflatable mattresses thicker than 8 cm in this tent.
This greatly reduces the volume inside the tent and encourages condensation inside.

Tent ventilation

For maximum ventilation, a large part of the room is made of mesh and includes 2 openable vents on the upper part of the doors. The double roof is easy to remove for sleeping under the stars on summer nights.

Waterproofing the tent

All our tents are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee waterproofing.
To do this, we place the entire tent under a shower that releases 200 liters of water per hour for 3 hours.
The rain fly and ground sheet are made of 2000mm PU-coated polyester, and all seams are sealed with heat-sealed strips.

Wind resistance

We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side. A properly erected tent, with all guy wires properly deployed around the tent, should remain habitable in a wind speed measured at 30 km/h close to the ground (Force 4).
