Sizes available for the Training Pad:
- S/M (palm size between: 19.9 - 21.1 cm)
- L/XL (palm size between: 21.2 - 22.4 cm)
How to choose your size? Measure palm circumference: the tape measure should pass over the phalanges of the back of the hand, with the hand flat, not curved, and the fingers slightly apart.

What exercises should I use minimalist gloves for?
Training Pads are essential for strength training to avoid pressure points and blisters caused by the bar. They are particularly useful for exercises such as strict pull-ups, bicep curls and back pulls, where a strong, comfortable grip is required.

Training Pads should be avoided during dynamic movements such as kipping pull-ups, toes-to-bar, dynamic muscle-ups, etc.
How do I care for my Training Pads?
To care for your Training Pad, simply run it through the washing machine (maximum 30°). For frequency, we recommend washing every 3 weeks for use 2 times a week.
