How to use this accessory
To get the best possible image when observing while standing or crouching with a spotting scope or camera, we recommend using a tripod. Without one, the more you zoom in, the more you cause micro-shakes that prevent you from clearly discerning the animal or scene being observed. The platform's 3/8" screw is compatible with all cameras and spotting scopes. Screw the head to your camera for easy attachment or removal from the tripod.
A few words about macro photography
This camera tripod can be used to take macro photos of flowers or insects. To do this, remove the central rod from the tripod by pressing the button next to the hook. Turn the rod upside down and insert it from below, paying attention to the male/female groove which must engage. Press the button to insert the rod. That's all there is to it.
Note: the hook at the end of this rod allows you to ballast the tripod for greater stability.
