TECHNICAL INFORMATION

What's the difference between a freestyle scooter and a "normal" scooter?

The differences between a freestyle scooter and a classic scooter are quite similar to those between a BMX bike and a city bike.
A freestyle scooter has wider handlebars and smaller (and therefore more maneuverable) wheels. Its weight is also different (it's lighter) and it's more maneuverable: the aim being to perform tricks, the handlebars can make a complete turn, for example.
Finally, the freestyle scooter will also be stiffer and more solid.

How to choose the right size for your freestyle scooter?

To choose the right size for your freestyle scooter, stand on it and check that the handlebars are level with your hips, your arms are straight and your back is straight.

The deck

Painted 6061 T6 aluminum deck. 3-channel structure with 4 reinforcing rails.
This new MF100 scooter has a smaller deck than the previous MFone model. This saves weight and makes tricks easier.
Dimensions 110*460mm (4 "x18,1").

T-BAR (handlebars)

One-piece steel T-bar.
Dimensions = Ø31.8 h = 510mm, L = 420 mm.
T-bar/Deck angle: 82.5°.
Total height: 770mm

The graphics on this MF100 scooter were created by a pro rider.
We've also improved the handles for greater comfort.

The fork

Reinforced iron fork compatible with Ø100mm wheels ONLY (spacer system integrated into fork).

The fork on this new MF100 freestyle scooter has been shortened in height (smaller dimensions) to save weight.

The steering set

Threaded VP headset in 1/1"8.

The hose clamp

3-screw clamp.
Inside dimension: Ø31.8 mm.

The wheels

Ø100mm rubber wheels, nylon core, PU 88A mounted on ABEC-5 608ZZ.

Why are there different wheel sizes?

100, 110 or 120 mm ? The larger the wheel diameter, the greater the rider's stability, enabling him to go faster...
The downside is weight. A larger wheel will be heavier and less easy to handle for tricks. Wheel size should therefore be chosen according to your objectives.

The brake

Spring-applied brake, easier to operate than a FLEX brake (used by experts and advanced riders)

The scooter complies with the EN 14619 standard. What does this standard cover?

Standard EN 14619 defines safety requirements and test methods for roller sports equipment.

Warranty

Freestyle is extreme, components get tired and need to be checked and changed regularly.
