TECHNICAL INFORMATION

What does a ballet outfit consist of?

Often recommended or even imposed by the teacher, we advise you to ask your dance studio about the outfit you'd like to wear.
The perfect outfit is a combination of leotard and tights, so that your outfit doesn't move during any movement! Add a skirt if you like.
As for slippers, full soles or bi-soles, check with your teacher.
Our tip for keeping your muscles warm? Wear a wrap.

How to choose your ballet outfit

Our motto? Fit and comfort. Neither too tight nor too loose, your leotard and tights must allow you to dance in complete freedom!
To be sure, make a few movements in the booth: raise an arm, lean forward. Your outfit should not move.
As for the skirt, which is not necessarily compulsory, it's a question of style! However, once again, it should sit at waist level and follow your movements.
