- Moderate rain corresponds to a flow rate of 60L/m2/h - (rainfall of 60mm/h) for 2h
- Component resistant to a water pressure of 2000mm after ageing (= 2000 Schmerber - average pressure exerted by water during a shower)
- 100% sealed seams.
- The design of the ends (adjustments and components) allows water ingress to be limited.

The collar, with its flexible components, can be adjusted in 2 movements:
* half-zip closure with its pull tab positioning the inner "wallet" gusset in waterproof fabric (depending on the shape of your neck, it's advisable to fold the fabric inside with a flick of the hand to avoid wrinkles)
* closure of the smooth outer component with the Velcro fastening.

For greater waterproofing, less wind resistance and freedom of movement:
* the waistband is made of soft neoprene, adjustable with 2 Velcro fasteners positioned to the right and left of the pelvis
* the cuffs are made of a smooth, waterproof, soft component, adjustable with a Velcro fastener (for small cuffs, the thinness of the component allows a neat fold).
Glove storage on the S 500 dinghy/catamaran jacket Tribord:
There are 2 small fabric straps sewn onto each side of the neoprene belt.
They are dedicated to hooking or catching your mittens or gloves (hooking with the mittens' or gloves' Velcro fasteners), so you don't get in the way before or after practice.
The shoulder POCKET of the S 500 dinghy/catamaran jacket Tribord:
The size of the shoulder pocket has been designed to be neither too bulky nor too heavy, so as not to get in the way during maneuvers or any other movement.
The design and tests were therefore carried out with a standard-sized shredding knife, a tip and a snack (2 cereal bars). In this way, the contents remain stable and accessible in the pocket.
