VEGAN PROTEIN and WHEY PROTEIN
Switching from a dairy whey to a plant-based protein can be a challenge the first time.

Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy, For a smoother drink, you can mix your VEGAN PROTEIN with 300ml of vegetable drink,
After reconstitution, consume the shaker within the hour,
