TECHNICAL INFORMATION

WHY BUY AN EXERCISE BIKE?

It's a complete activity that:
- gently gets you back into shape
- works your heart, and therefore your endurance
- tones your lower-body muscles

To improve your cardio respiratory endurance, muscular and bone condition, and maintain your health, the World Health Organization recommends moderate-intensity endurance exercise at least 2.5 hours a week.

FLYWHEEL AND SMOOTH PEDALING

The greater the weight of the flywheel, the smoother and more enjoyable your pedaling!

THE CONSOLE, YOUR VIRTUAL COACH

The console on the EB 120 Domyos exercise bike has 5 functions: calories burned, distance traveled, training time, speed and heart rate via the sensors on the handlebars.
They help you reach your goals and measure your training.

MEASURE YOUR HEART RATE

Your EB 120 Domyos exercise bike has heart rate sensors built into the handlebars. This is a reliable way of measuring your heart rate.
Place your hands on the sensors and after a few seconds your heart rate will be displayed on your console screen.

TIPS FOR FINE-TUNING YOUR BIKE

It's important to adjust the saddle height to ensure a good pedaling position. Stand next to the bike and adjust the saddle so that it's at hip height.
The use of toe-clips allows you to pedal more efficiently, pushing downwards and pulling upwards during the ascent phase. To achieve this, don't hesitate to tighten your bike's footrests, for optimum foot support.

TIPS FOR ADJUSTING YOUR BIKE'S STABILITY

To optimize your comfort, we recommend positioning your bike on specific floor tiles (DF 920 tiles). These foam pads will optimize your bike's stability during use, reduce vibration and noise, and protect your floor.

Domyos exercise bikes feature 2 level stabilizers on the rear foot to ensure perfect stability during your workouts, whatever the floor surface.

TIPS FOR MOVING YOUR BIKE

Your exercise bike is equipped with integrated front castors. To move it, stand facing the bike. Use one foot to lock the bike in place, and press down on the handlebars to tip it onto the wheels. Then move it gently in the desired direction.
