THE RCR RANGE
The RCR range will delight all cyclists looking for a complete bike without compromise. Performance has been the priority on this bike. Each tube section has been calculated to be as efficient as possible in the main wind angles ( -15°/+15° ).
This bike falls into the aero-light category, where an optimal balance of lightness, stiffness and aerodynamics has been found to make it an exceptional bike.
If you're looking for a bike that can win on any terrain, the RCR is it!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RCR AND RCR PRO?
What makes a carbon frame is its geometry, shape and layup. Layup is the assembly of carbon fibers. Not all fibers have the same properties.
On the RCR frame we use high-modulus fibers.
On the RCR PRO we have chosen exceptional super-high-modulus fibers, which reinforce the rigidity of the frame in the most stressed areas while saving weight.
The RCR pro is ready to ride at the highest level.
ZOOM ON THE FRAME
The RCR pro frame weighs 800 g painted in size M
The RCR fork weighs 380 g painted in size M
The frame accepts a maximum tire section of 33 mm
There may be variations in weight depending on the color ( +/- 50g )
WARNING: Carbon frames must not be clamped to the top tube, seat tube and down tube using a clamp (workshop stand, bike rack). Carbon is a very rigid material, but it does not withstand compression.
THE COCKPIT
Intelligent integration of the sheaths in the steering allows the RCR to have a fluid cockpit while keeping maintenance easy.

GROUP SRAM RED AND QUARQ POWER SENSOR
CE RCR is equipped with the new SRAM RED ETAP AXS complete groupset and QUARQ power sensor. The power sensor is a must-have for cyclists looking to progress by planning their training.
Total weight of drivetrain: 2400g with power sensor
The electric groupset has two separate batteries (one for each derailleur). You can use the SRAM connect application to set up your bike and retrieve data from your outings.

TRANSMISSION MAINTENANCE
We would like to draw your attention to the need for regular maintenance of your transmission, especially if you ride in difficult conditions (wet and/or dirty roads)
Regular maintenance will ensure that your transmission lasts longer.
Regular chain checks are essential with this tool:

LIFE OF A TRANSMISSION
When buying a bike, it's important to take the cost of maintenance into account when choosing the drivetrain.
The values below are average values, given as an indication, and will vary greatly depending on maintenance.
The average life of a well-maintained chain is 5,000 km
The average life of a cassette is 10,000-12,0000 km
A poorly maintained chain can cause chain jumping and damage to the frame.
DISC BRAKES
SRAM RED D2 disc brakes with 160 mm front and 140 mm rear discs.
SRAM RED D2 disc brakes are hydraulic, so braking is more progressive and powerful than with hydromechanical brakes.
A running-in period is required. Simply make a series of 20 progressive brake applications at low speed (20 km/h), then a second series at 30 km/h. Both brakes need to be run-in.
Running-in improves adhesion between pad and disc.
HYDRAULIC BRAKE MAINTENANCE
Hydraulic brakes operate via a closed circuit between your brake lever and your caliper.
The system is sealed by a hose.
Over time, a normal loss of pressure in your hoses will occur, resulting in a loss of braking efficiency. When your brake is too soft, or when you come to a stop on your handlebars, you need to bleed your system. This operation requires special tools and know-how.
WARNING AND ADJUSTMENT
CAUTION: never brake without a wheel, as this can cause the brake pads to stick.
If your disc is touching, proceed as follows to realign the wheel and caliper:
- Loosen the brake caliper
- Brake hard and retighten the brake caliper at the same time
- If the problem persists, go to the store.
ZIPP 353 NSW WHEELS
With its wavy rim shape and 45 mm height, the 353 NSW makes it possible to ride fast on any terrain, thanks to state-of-the-art aerodynamic efficiency and exceptional crosswind stability. The 353 NSW is Zipp's lightest tubeless wheel to date, making it the ultimate weapon for breaking away from the pack.

TIRE CONTINENTAL GP 5000 S TR
The Continental Grand Prix 5000 S TR road tire is lighter, faster and has stronger sidewalls than its predecessor, the GP 5000. Drive faster, more comfortably and with greater protection against punctures
700x30: pressure between 3.00 and 5.00 bar
290g
TUBELESS OR INNER TUBE
We recommend that you use the tubeless valve supplied with your bike to convert your tires to tubeless.
Tubeless tires provide greater comfort, better performance and allow the tire to repair itself in the event of small pinches.
Of course, an inner tube is always a must in your repair kit in the event of a puncture with a large hole in the tire.

WHICH SIZE TO CHOOSE?
You should refer to the bike's geometry chart.
If you're between two sizes, a shorter bike will be better suited to cyclists looking for a more responsive, edgier bike. On the other hand, if you're looking for a more composed bike for long-distance riding, the larger size may be the better choice.
IMPORTANT / SAFETY
ZIPP wheels are "hookless", i.e. there are no hooks to hold the tire in the rim.
It's the pressure that holds the tire to the rim.
ATTENTION:
The maximum pressure recommended by ZIPP must be respected; under no circumstances should it exceed 5 bars, otherwise the tire may come off the rim.
Warranty
We guarantee our carbon frames and forks for 5 years.
