A RELIABLE, HIGH-PERFORMANCE CARBON FRAME
Sensations guaranteed thanks to the carbon frame of this gravel bike: fast, precise, it ensures a comfortable ride and lets you improve your top speed. Designed for electric groupsets, only the brake lines run inside this UCI-approved frame. Its tube sections have been optimized for greater lateral rigidity... but not at the expense of flexibility, necessary to absorb the terrain!
● Frame weight in size M: 1058g
CHOOSING THE SIZE OF YOUR GCR
We've designed the frame to fit the following body types:
Size S: 156/170
Size M:168/180
Size L:178/190
Size XL:188/200
If you're between 2 sizes? Choose the size according to your preferences: compactness, responsiveness, weight, look, choose the smaller size.
Stability, comfort (back, neck), choose the larger size.
The Reach value (to be found in photo 2) is important to take into account according to your own personal references.
A CARBON FORK FOR EFFICIENT STABILITY
Essential to your comfort, the carbon fork makes a major contribution to the playful behavior of this gravel bike, ensuring extremely precise handling. Indeed, since carbon improves both the rigidity and flexibility of the bike's front end, this fork promises good stability for outings combining pleasure, performance and confidence.
● Through axle: 12 x 100 mm for the fork, 12 x 142 mm at the rear.
● Fork weight: 442g

REYNOLDS CARBON WHEELS: PERFECTLY SUITED TO THE PURSUIT OF PERFORMANCE!
REYNOLDS ATR 700 high-profile carbon wheels (40 mm) are light, responsive and strong.
With an internal width of 23mm, these wheels are perfect for wide-section tires. 24 steel spokes and of course tubeless ready, these wheels are specifically designed for gravel.
Weight: 1685g
We advise you to register your wheels with the manufacturer in order to benefit from their 2-year warranty for the complete wheel and lifetime warranty for the rim.
VERSATILE HUTCHINSON TOUAREG TIRES
We chose to equip our carbon gravel bike with Hutchinson Touareg 700 x 40 tires mm for their versatility and flexibility. As they are tubeless, you'll need to add the preventive fluid supplied with the bike yourself. Regular and grippy, this tire's design excels on dry terrain, but is not recommended on very greasy ground.
The sidewalls are reinforced for greater resistance to bumps and stones.

TUBELESS MOUNTING FOR GREATER RELIABILITY AND PUNCTURE RESISTANCE
Wheels are tubeless but WITHOUT PREVENTIVE!
It's up to you to add the preventive fluid directly to the valve, after deflating the tire and removing the valve cap.
The bottle of preventive fluid supplied with the bike allows you to equip your two wheels, at a rate of 60 ml of product per wheel. Finally, we recommend that you retighten the valve cap and reinflate your tires to the desired pressure, between 1.8 and 3 bar maximum.
MAXIMUM CLEARANCE FOR TIRES
The maximum tire width is 42 mm.
HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES
The hydraulic brakes on this carbon gravel bike are from SRAM FORCE. We opted for this system because the braking power offered by hydraulic disc brakes gives you perfect control of your bike and enhanced riding comfort in all conditions. No need to apply your brakes to slow down: braking is fluid, progressive and precise!
● Front disc: 160 mm
● Rear disc: 160 mm
ZOOM ON HANDLEBARS AND STEM
Our carbon gravel bike is equipped with ERGO oversize aluminum handlebars whose Flare, i.e. the angle between the vertical of the handlebars and the side of the handlebars, is 16°. For a size S, the handlebar width will be 400 mm, M/L, 420 mm, and for a size XL, 440 mm.
For our carbon gravel bike, we opted for an ERGO oversize aluminum stem. Here are the stem size details:
● S: 80 mm
● M: 90 mm
● L: 100 mm
● XL: 110 mm
SADDLE AND SEATPOST
Our carbon gravel bike is equipped with the Fizik Argo Terra X5 saddle or the Argo Vento R5 model.
Ergonomically designed, they provide comfort and stability, help limit pressure points and absorb vibrations during effort.
The seatpost is made of aluminum, 27.2 mm in diameter. For a size S/M, the seatpost length will be 350 mm, and for a size L/XL, 400 mm.
DERAILLEUR AND SHIFTER BATTERY SRAM
The derailleur battery and its charger SRAM are supplied with the bike. SRAM claims around 20-40 hours (500-1000km) of autonomy for this battery, which we recommend recharging completely before using your carbon gravel bike for the first time.
We recommend recharging at least once a month.
The shifter batteries are directly integrated by SRAM and synchronized with the derailleur during assembly, so you don't need to do a thing.
WEIGHT
This FORCE / Reynolds configuration (without pedals, excluding preventive fluid) weighs approximately:
GCR Force/Reynolds S: 8.2 Kg
GCR Force/Reynolds M 8.25 Kg
GCR Force/Reynolds L 8.5 Kg
GCR Force/Reynolds XL 8.7 Kg
The maximum load is 110kg regardless of bike size.
QUALITY OF YOUR BIKE
Quality is in our DNA!
Each bike is assembled in Lille at our Btwin Village factory, on an assembly stand, by the same person.
Each person is committed to the quality of his or her assembly.
For example, each screw is tightened to the correct torque with a connected torque wrench, which enables us to monitor quality in great detail (torque recommended, achieved, by whom and when). This data will be available from the 1st quarter of 2023.
